The following images were created by Nacho Diaz.  I thought they were quite clever with little hidden interpretive messages within them.

Life is full of ambiguities and Diaz captured that nicely with these illustrations…some are intense, others not so but all of them did make me chuckle. 🙂

there! you worded it much better than i did. i couldn’t put my finger on it, but you did quite well :D. they made me chuckle too, especially the rabbit wearing a lucky human foot, ha.

  3. Great post! Thanks for the follow baby! Love your blog name.

  4. These are really good, the longer you look at them the more they have to say! 🙂 The TV reading a book – I agree with that one, a TV that likes to read! Ever since I’ve had a blog I’ve hardly had time to watch TV, and actually I prefer it now. There are a few good programmes, but most of it’s not good quality, not for me anyway, I prefer to watch films, but even some of those are waiting for me to get round to them now! The scare crow – like the one from the Wizard Of Oz, couldn’t scare a thing, attracted the birds instead! The human foot round the rabbits neck, is that suggesting that rabbit feet worn for luck is a bit stupid really! Do you have that silly tradition in the US? I’ve never understood that at all, always thought it was mad. The contents of the cocktail being used as lighter fuel is a little worrying – so glad I don’t drink alcohol now, you never really know what you’re drinking! The banana’s fun, but I’m not sure if he is stubbornly refusing to exercise or if he’s wearing himself out without his dumbbells!? 😀

exactly what i thought too and that’s why i liked them so much. ha, yeah i think the tv one is a bit of a jab at society and it’s choice to watch over read. i watch tv before i go to bed for an hour or so and that’s about it. i liked the scarecrow one too. it was like he was doing the opposite of his job. ha, yup i remember having a so called lucky rabbits foot when i was younger. i’m sure it wasn’t a real rabbit’s foot though. i don’t understand it either, ha. my take on the cocktail one is that it can become combustible and a problem in our lives the more we drink it. good ? on the banana ;). i like the apple one and snail one a lot too. one of the poor apples was getting sunburned and that’s why they are red. and the poor snail is cleaning his own tracks only to do it again!
